Hair loss is rarely just a cosmetic problem - it is often a signal that the body is going through stress, a deficiency of certain substances, hormonal imbalance or recovery after illness.

When do we recommend infusion therapy against hair loss?

Infusion therapy is appropriate when:

  • The hair loss is diffuse (uniform thinning), without clearly circumscribed „spots“.
  • You start losing hair after illness or after a period of severe stress.
  • Hair loss occurs after improper, prolonged and rigorous diet, irregular feeding or deficient diets.
  • Feel fatigue and tiredness, and hair loss is among the symptoms of this imbalance.
  • You want to combine internal support with topical scalp therapies (at your doctor's discretion).

When another approach is required:

  • Sudden hair loss on spots
  • In case of continuous and advanced genetical hair loss
  • When more serious diseases and conditions causing hair loss are suspected.

What does the infusion for hair loss include?

The idea of infusion therapy for hair loss is to „replenish“ the body with key nutrients involved in:

  • Nutrition of hair follicles
  • Cellular recovery
  • Synthesis of proteins and structural elements of the hair
  • Antioxidant protection.

According to the individual plan, the doctor may include:

  • Fluids and electrolytes - support and hydration;
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals and microelements (e.g. zinc, selenium, magnesium) - important for follicles and scalp;
  • Amino acids - building blocks for tissues
  • Antioxidants

The exact composition is determined by the physician based on examination, history and lab tests. We do not use the same „cocktail“ for everyone.

How does the procedure work?

  1. Medical consultation with a doctor
We discuss the type of hair loss, when it is, what factors can provoke it (stress, illness, diet, medication, hormonal changes), as well as your general health.

  2. Laboratory tests
To offer the most appropriate therapy safely and purposefully.

  3. Preparing a treatment plan
One-time supportive infusion or course (series) - based on the needs and goals.

  4. The infusion itself
An abocat is inserted, the infusion takes place in a discreet and comfortable environment, with monitoring during the procedure.

  5. Follow-up & monitoring
During the course of treatment, we monitor the progress: reduction of hair loss, general tone, subjective sensation and adjust the plan if necessary.

Frequently Asked Question

After how long does it have an effect?
Hair has a slow growth cycle. Often the first sign is a reduction in hair loss within weeks, and a visible improvement in density/quality in the following months. It is most accurately assessed after a course and follow-up.
Is it suitable for genetical hair loss?
In hereditary hair loss, infusion can be supportive but is not a stand-alone solution. A doctor's assessment is needed to determine what effect can be achieved in your case.
Are there risks?
Bruising at the puncture site, brief discomfort, or rare allergic reactions to an ingredient are possible. Therapy is therefore done in a medical environment and after a medical evaluation.
Can it be done prophylactically?
Yes, in certain cases (e.g. seasonal hair loss), but best after a consultation so there is a medical rationale and a proper plan.
