Mesobusters with polynucleotides are new generation regenerative skin boosters - procedures that do not just „fill“ and hydrate, but activate the skin's own repair mechanisms.

They are particularly suitable for skin that is:

  • Thinner, dehydrated and limp
  • With fine wrinkles
  • With scars, after sun damage or just „fatigue from the years“.

The goal is for the skin to become thicker, firmer, with a better complexion

What are polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are biorevitalizing products containing PDRN /polydesoxyribonucleotide/ extracted from salmon DNA, possessing a high degree of biocompatibility with human tissue. In aesthetic medicine they are used as injectable biostimulants because:

  • They stimulate fibroblasts - the cells that produce collagen and elastin and glycosaminoglycans.
  • Regenerate the skin at the cellular level
  • Hydrate
  • Immunomodulate
  • Neutralize free radicals in the skin - detoxify

Who are polynucleotide mesobusters suitable for?

They are suitable when:

  • The skin has reduced density and elasticity
  • Leather with fine lines and „creasing“ around the eyes, cheeks, neck and décolletage
  • Dry, greyish with pigment spots skin
  • Presence of acne scars or other irregularities in the topography
  • Stretch marks or areas with damaged skin structure

What results should I expect?

The Effect not instant as with fillers - the results develop gradually because the skin needs time to produce new collagen and regenerate.

  • The first visible changes are often noticeable after 30 days - fresher complexion, better hydration and „vitality“ of the skin.
  • In the following months the skin becomes denser, firmer and with better turgor
  • Fine lines soften, the relief is smoothed.
  • Usually recommended a series of 2-3 treatments,  every 3-4 weeks, and then a maintenance treatment every 6-12 months, depending on age and skin condition.

The result is natural - people around you notice that you look fresher and more rested.

How does the procedure work?

  1. Consultation and plan
We discuss what is bothering you - fine lines, sagging, scars, pigmentation, etc. The doctor examines the skin, assesses thickness, elasticity, general condition and suggests a plan - number of treatments, areas and sequence.

  2. Preparation
The skin is cleaned and disinfected. If necessary, apply painkilling cream, especially in more sensitive areas (for example around the eyes).

  3. Mesobuster injection
The polynucleotide booster is injected with a fine needle into the middle layer of the skin - in dots /5 bioactive dots/ or diffusely according to a certain technique (papular and linear) so that the area is covered evenly.

  4. Final review and instructions
Check for even distribution and massage with antiseptic cream.

You get instructions for the first few days - what to avoid, when to come in for your next treatment and when to expect visible results.

Recovery period and care

What should I expect after the procedure?

Normal reactions:

  • mild to moderate edema in the treated areas;
  • redness, burning or stinging sensation;
  • small bumps in the first hours to 1-2 days;
  • possible bruising, especially in thinner and sensitive skin.

Recommendations:

  • In the first 24-48 hours - do not scrub or massage the area unless otherwise instructed by the doctor.
  • Avoid sauna, steam bath, solarium / 4 weeks / and intense workouts for a few days.
  • Use sunscreen when exposed to the sun, especially on the face, neck and décolletage.
  • Postpone aggressive cosmetic procedures (strong peels, lasers) on the same area for a period determined by the doctor.

When isn't the best time for polynucleotide mesobusters application?

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active infections, inflammations or dermatological diseases in the treated area
  • Known allergy to product ingredients
  • Allergy to fish/seafood - many polynucleotide products originate from fish DNA, so this is an important issue in the history
  • Certain autoimmune and severe systemic diseases - at the discretion of the physician
  • Recent aggressive procedures on the same area without sufficient recovery period

All contraindications are discussed individually during the consultation. If you are not a suitable candidate, we will suggest alternative steps or another type of procedure.

Frequently Asked Question

What is the difference between mesotherapy and mesobusters with polynucleotides?
Mesotherapy usually involves cocktails of vitamins, amino acids, etc., aimed at hydration and freshness.
Polynucleotide mesobusters are a stronger regenerative biostimulator - the goal is not only to „feed“ the skin, but to stimulate the formation of new collagen, better structure and more serious tightening.
Can I do polynucleotides around the eyes?
Yes, polynucleotide mesobusters are particularly suited to delicate areas such as the eye contour where the skin is thin, fine and often not suitable to use a hyaluronic filter.
How many treatments are needed?
We usually recommend 3 treatments spread over 3-4 weeks to build up a stable effect. Then a maintenance treatment at about 6-12 months, depending on age, area and goal.
Are they suitable for younger skin or just for more mature faces?
They can also be used preventively - in younger patients with thin, dehydrated skin or in the presence of early signs of photoaging. In more mature skin, the goal is visible regeneration and tightening.
In younger patients - „investment“ in the skin structure and slowing down the signs of aging

What do we use?

What products do we work with?

We work with established products, that have clinical evidence of safety and effectiveness.

ReMedium PDRN

An innovative SKINBUSTER that combines hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) with a restoring, hydrating, firming and lifting effect.

Eyebella

It contains hyaluronic acid and nutrients that are injected into the superficial layers of the skin around the eyes to deeply hydrate it, improve its elasticity, reduce dark circles, fine lines and signs of fatigue by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin for a fresher and more radiant appearance.
