Botulinum toxin - Botox
Elimination of mimic wrinkles and lifting effect
Suitable for:
Duration
Type of procedure
Zones of application
Botulinum toxin is a purified protein that temporarily blocks the transmission of the nerve impulse to the muscle. Thus, the muscle relaxes and the mimic wrinkles above it are smoothed.
Aesthetic procedures use small, controlled doses of botulinum toxin type A placed in specific muscles. The effect is temporary and reversible - over time muscle activity gradually recovers.
Which areas is the procedure suitable for?
- Horizontal forehead wrinkles
- „Angry“ wrinkle between the eyebrows
- Бръчки около очите
- Fine lines around the nose
- Adjustments to the shape and position of the eyebrows
- Fine lines around the upper lip
- „Orange“ chin - wrinkled surface when tightening the chin
- In the vertical bands of the neck
- With uneven contour of the lower jaw
- Slight correction of the nose shape
- In hyperhidrosis
- In migraine
- Bruxism (involuntary clenching of the teeth)
Botox is most effective for dynamic (mimic) wrinkles - those that appear when we frown, laugh or raise our eyebrows. For deeper and „static“ wrinkles, it is often combined with other treatments (fillers, Biostimulants, treadlifting).
What is the effect and how long does it last?
- The first changes are usually felt from 2-5 days, with the maximum effect on day 14 after manipulation.
- On average, the effect on mimic wrinkles lasts about 4-6 months, in some patients a little shorter, in others - longer.
- With regular treatments over time, the interval between sessions can be increased - the muscles „get used“ to not straining.
- The effect decreases gradually
How does the procedure work?
Consultation and assessment of mimicry
The doctor discusses what result you are looking for and assesses your facial expressions, muscle strength and the areas that most commonly form expression lines (e.g. forehead, crotch, around the eyes). Expectations and options are discussed.Marking and preparation

It is placed at specific points intradermally depending on what we are aiming for. The dosage and distribution are tailored individually to achieve a natural result and maintain normal expression.Brief observation and instructions
After the procedure, you will receive clear instructions for the first hours and days - what to avoid (e.g. rubbing/massaging the area, sauna, heavy workouts), when to expect an effect and when a follow-up examination is appropriate for evaluation and fine-tuning if necessary.
