Reflex Medical Center has been operating since 2003 as a medical facility for primary and specialized outpatient medical care.
We are located at the International Hotel & Casino in the Golden Sands resort complex - a place where we welcome patients from dozens of countries every season and combine medical care with a comfortable, peaceful environment.
During the summer season, we work 24/7, offering primary and specialized medical care, so that guests of the resort and residents of the region have access to a doctor at any time of the day.
During the rest of the year from 1.10 to 01.06 our business hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 с day off on Sunday .

Dr. Oksana Mokan and Dr. Sergey Mokan founded the Reflex Medical Center in 2003 and continue to lead its development today.
d-r Oksana Mokan is a specialist in ENT diseases and aesthetic medicine with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, where she obtained a specialty in "Otorhinolaryngology". Between 2002 and 2010, she worked and taught students at the ENT Clinic of the University Hospital "St. Marina" - Varna. In 2003, she co-founded the "Reflex" Medical Center in the Golden Sands resort. She performs diagnostics, treatment and all outpatient ENT manipulations for children and adults, and since 2018 she has been actively involved in aesthetic medicine. d-r Oksana Mokan is fluent in Russian, English and French and has participated in numerous medical congresses and trainings. She is also a member of the Bulgarian Medical Union.
d-r Sergey Mokan is a cardiac surgeon and a specialist with extensive experience in surgery and infusion therapy. He graduated from the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna in 2002 and specialized in cardiac surgery at the "St. Marina" Hospital. Since 2003, he co-founded the "Reflex" Medical Center, where he performs surgical examinations, diagnostics, treatment and all outpatient surgical manipulations, as well as specialized infusion therapies. He regularly participates in national and international congresses and trainings, is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Union and is fluent in Russian, English and Polish.
This combination of extensive clinical experience in pre-hospital emergency medical care and specialized hospital care (cardiosurgical and ENT) gives us a great advantage and security in our work. It has also contributed greatly to the additional activities that we engage in with inspiration and desire. Offering IV therapy or vitamin therapy is the result of observing numerous real therapeutic results. And the hospital surgical experience in the ENT clinic has contributed greatly to the confidence, security and the correct approach to aesthetics.
